How to make my booking ?
Is it possible to book a package with ski passes ?

Yes, see “additional services” on the booking page or reserve your ski passes at least 15 days before arrival. Get a minimum of 30€ discount per adult per week on 6-day public prices (more infos on the page Our Good Deals).

Is there a Wifi connection in the flat ?

Some owners have equipped their flat and offer a Wifi connection (indicated in the “Equipment” section of the rental). If not, you can rent a Wifi box with us: 39€/week (subject to availability).

I have a baby but it’s too much hassle to bring the cot. Do you have a solution ?

You can book a baby’s cot with us: 15€/week (+ 80€ deposit, subject to availability).

I have to cancel my booking, what do I do ?

Please contact us as early as possible by phone or email so that we can see if the cancellation insurance will cover that or not.

Are pets allowed in the flat ?

If so, this is indicated in the “Annexes” section of the rental.

Are bed linen and towels included in the booking ?

No, but it is possible to book in advance: the pack will be delivered to the apartment and picked up after your departure (please strip the beds and put all the used linen in the bag it was delivered in). We also sell disposable linen/towels ( prices in the contract).

How to pay the damage deposit ?

Upon arrival by credit card.

When can I get into the flat on arrival date ?

We commit to giving you the keys at 5.00 pm at the latest. If you arrive before, please check in so we can phone you when the flat is available.

What are the check-in formalities ?
  • We will give you different information about the resort and the flat, map, etc…
  • Ski pass delivery (if ordered)
  • Balance to be paid if not done before
  • Credit card deposit
  • Local holiday tax to be paid
  • Appointment to be made for the check out
What is your opening hours ?

Winter season: Saturdays from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
Weekdays from 9 am to 12.30 am and 2.30 pm to 7 pm
Sundays from 9 am to 12 am and 4 pm to 7 pm

what to do if I am late on arrival day ?

If you arrive after 8.00 pm, please phone us and we will let you know how to get your keys.



What time do I have to leave the flat ?

You have to leave at 10.00 am. We can also make an appointment for the check out that we will do when you are ready to leave.

I do not want to clean the flat myself…

The final clean is not included in the booking but you can order it at an extra cost (please order it upon arrival, price in the booking contract).
